A multi-step phone and email package

 
 

A missing pet is very stressful and emotional experience for you, your family and your pet.

Sometimes it only takes one call to instigate a reunion and other times more communication is necessary.

Often your pet is as upset as you are and their fears can get in the way. Sometimes pet choose to leave for their own reasons. Sadly, sometimes pets are not located despite the best efforts.

 

Each situation is unique and intricate.

 

I’ve created the following phone and email package to allow multiple steps of communication as the process of reuniting with your pet unfolds.

Ideally, your pet is back with you after the first call but that may not be the case. I cannot guarantee a fast reunion or any reunion at all, however, I will do all I can to facilitate a happy ending via my communication with your beloved.

This package includes the following:

1 Cheetah phone session, book within 1-hour’s notice at any open time along with access to 10am - 1pm, which is dedicated for emergencies (includes a 30-minute pre-conversation with your pet and a live 30 min call)

30 minutes of follow-up phone session time booked within 1-hours’ notice during any open time on the scheduler

3 rounds of email exchange with priority handling

Your package code and all links for booking each inclusion are contained on your package certificate.

$875 for the package

 

Please note that Missing Pets are considered at the level of an emergency so please only book an individual phone session (standard booking parameters are within 48 hours’ notice) if you feel you can wait.

Email sessions are not applicable for missing pets as they are not comprehensive enough.

Any unused sessions after The Cheetah can be used for another pet and/or for any reason within 60 days of purchase.

 
 
 
 

 

HOW THIS PACKAGE WORKS

FIRST CALL

The first step in all cases is a one-hour Cheetah phone session and it goes like this:

Using your package booking code and booking link from your package certificate, book your Cheetah phone session. You will see availability within one-hour’s notice to any available time on the scheduler as well as during the 10am - 1pm slots earmarked exclusively for emergencies.

 

At booking, provide up to 4 questions and all context you wish to share in advance. Because this is a stressful situation, I provide a few prompts for you on the intake form. Do not feel pressure to ask four questions in advance as I will pepper in my own when I speak to your pet. Additionally, subsequent questions will naturally arise during our phone call.

 

I speak to your pet to retrieve their answers and ask a few of my own questions (~30 minutes).

 

We meet on the conference line for our 30-minute call where I share their answers with you. We’ll also address additional questions real-time and fine tune the next steps so both you and your pet are clear.

 

NOTE: Lost Pets are treated like Emergencies and have the same exclusive 10am – 1pm EST slots which can be booked within 1 hour in addition to the general availability. Of course, depending on your time zone, other available times in the scheduler may work better.

 

SUBSEQUENT CALLS & EMAILS

This package also includes additional phone and email support after our first call. These points of contact are at your discretion as the situation unfolds. You determine when you would like a call vs email.  

The additional details are as follows:

30-MINUTES OF ADDITIONAL PHONE SUPPORT

As the need arises, you can book any available 30-minute slot in the scheduler within an hour’s notice during working hours (M, W, Fr, Sa 10am – 7pm). Your package code and booking links will be on your package certificate.

 

If we don’t use all of the time, we’ll add it to the next one. You don’t need to track anything, I’ll let you know the remaining minutes when we close our current call and how to connect if there is time left. While the package expires within 60 days, any unused time after The Cheetah phone session can be used for any other reason and any animal.

 

Please use the same code from YOUR initial booking until it expires.

 

 

THREE ROUNDS OF EMAIL EXCHANGES

An exchange/round = your email + my reply. This package includes three rounds of email exchanges.

 

Use the booking link and package code from your package certificate to book your email sessions.

Book within an hour’s notice during working hours (M, W, Fr, Sa 10am – 7pm). I respond to emails during working hours M, W, F, Sa 10am – 7pm as my schedule allows and by the booked time (this is simply for me to manage my time; all replies come via email). Emails within this package are treated with the highest priority given the circumstances.

 
 
 
 

INFORMATION TO SHARE AT BOOKING

This is a very stressful time, so I provide some prompts to consider in the intake form during the booking process.

Here are a few examples:

Share the story of how your pet was lost

The steps you've already taken to locate them (posted flyers, notified neighbors/businesses, etc.)

Specific area (address and/or landmark) where you last saw your pet

Other people in the area who know your pet

Other considerations (i.e. pet has health condition, needs medication, weather impact, happened at home or while traveling)

 
 
 
 

WANT MORE COMMUNICATION?

If we use all three rounds of emails and phone time, and you’d still like more communication, please book a Timely Message, noting the importance in your booking intake form.

While it is stated that you’ll receive your email reply by your booking time at the latest, given the urgency you will be prioritized to the top of the queue. Even if you have to book a week out in the scheduler, your reply will be prioritized and sent by the next business day.

UNUSED TIME

After the Cheetah session, any unused phone or email time can be used in the future (within 2 months of booking) for any pet or animal.

FOR PHONE: If no time was used, simply use your booking link and package code. If time was leftover, we will have discussed next steps to connect.

FOR EMAIL: Simply use your booking link and package code until it expires.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

While I have a high success rate in locating pets, crushingly, sometimes they are not found. This happens for many reasons. In some cases, pets leave a situation on their own. In others, they choose to go to nature to pass. There are a multitude of unique and individualized reasons. When a reunion is not possible, we will inquire why, if your pet chooses to share this information.

If, for any reason, your pet does not want to reunite, your package will be refunded minus a small processing fee ($20).

A NOTE ABOUT EMERGENCIES

Emergencies are just that, emergencies! They are sensitive and require an extreme level of focus and attention. Missing/lost pets are considered emergencies.

The initial phone session (The Cheetah) for this X Marks The Spot package can be booked within 1 hour based on availability in the scheduler and has dedicated 10am - 1pm EST time slots in addition to any free spot on the scheduler.

Please be sure to use your package code as that’s the only way you’ll be able to book within the hour time frame.
